It is a requirement of the BCTC Online Employment System that Employers have an Active/Open position posted on the system in order to search the Student & Alumni Resume Database for Candidates. This allows BCTC to report number of jobs posted, and resumes viewed or referred per job. Searching the Database without an active/open position will result in deletion of your account and access to the site.
