Mansfield University is pleased to announce its first-ever "Professional Etiquette Dinner", which will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2009 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm in the North Manser Dining Hall. With the support of its Employer Advisory Board and Alumni Relations Office, the Mansfield University Career Center is planning a dinner and program that will be an opportunity for you to join Mansfield University students while they learn tips on becoming a more professional, competitive job seeker.

To this end, we invite you to this professional experience by making a tax-deductible donation of $200 to support a table of students with you or your representative as students' table hosts.

What will make this event unique will be the presence of you, the employers, to encourage and lend validity to the professional program. A sign with the name of the business supporting the program will be placed at your table. Course by course, the dinner will be narrated by a Career Center staff member. A short program of student-led examples on creating a positive and professional image will follow the dinner. We will also be seeking door prizes to assist students preparing for the job search and some just to entice their involvement.

There will only be 10-15 tables at this event, so we encourage you to reserve your table now. A confirmation notice will be sent to you with times and parking instructions accompanying a receipt for the allowable tax deductible amount.
